This will send the voltage to the spark plug, and ignite the fuel. The Honda and Acura style ignition coils are a frequently replaced item in the Accord TL, RL, CL V6 motors. Common codes you will get when you have a misfire is P0300 (random misfire). When the computer can pinpoint the misfire, it will give a code like this: P0301 (cyl #1) - P0306 (cylinder # 6). This can help to find the cause of the misfire.
