We accept returns up to 60 days from the date of order. Returns after 60 days may be accepted if there are any special circumstances (late or delayed delivery for example). A product MUST be returned to receive a refund. If tracking number status shows "delivered", and package is claimed to not have been received, we do not give refunds in this circumstance. We may send a replacement if we determine that the carrier did due diligence to locate item, and item has not been located. We help as much as we can, but most carriers will require the buyer/recipient to contact the carrier to resolve. Carriers wil open a case to locate the item (to check for mis-delivery, etc). 99% of the time, the package will show up. 

"Changed mind" returns must be received in new and salable condition to receive a credit.

"Defective" returns will only receive credit if the product is actually defective.  




If you happen to receive a defective product, we will will send a pre-paid label to return the product at our cost and replace or repair the product at our cost, and send a replacement at no additonal charge. 


Warranty Exclusions and Limitations 

All warranties offered are limited to the original purchaser. Our warranty does not require our parts to be installed by a professional mechanic for the product warranty to be valid, however we highly require that part be installed correctly. We strongly recommned that installation procedures be researched thoroughly before attempting to do any work.  You may chose to take the product to a professional mechanic for install, however any labor charges are not covered under the product warranty. If we determine part has been installed improperly, the warranty will be voided. Only the product itself is covered. Araparts' liability shall be limited to the product itself. The warranty also does not cover any inconvenience occured, damage, and labor. The warranty does not include and product that has been modified, or used outside of its intended application.


Received Damaged item

If you received a damaged item in the mail, please hold on the package. If you are able to take a picture, please end it to, and contact us immediately so we can file an insurance claim agaisnt the carrier. 


Received incorrect item

If you received an item that is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. If the incorrect item is our mistake (incorrect fitment information), we will pay to return the item, and send the correct item at no cost.

If the incorrect item is the buyer's error, we still accept returns, and don't even charge a restocking fee. The buyer will have to cover return shipping cost.
