This is a 5 piece set for the 98-02 Accord 3.0L V6 with the automatic transmission. The front and rear motor mounts in the set are hydraulic, which is the same type of mount required. Solid mounts are cheaper, but vibrate more and cause a lot of dissatisfaction, which is the reason we only offer the better hydraulic mounts. Engine mounts for the 1998-2002 Honda Accord V6 can break over time from age, stress, and even oil leaks. The front motor mount in particular takes on the most stress. Replacing them will ensure other components won't get damaged from the engine physically moving around. Typical symptoms of a bad engine mount are a "thump" sound when stepping on the gas. This may not always be the case however. Many don't notice anything as the part slowly wears out. New engine mounts will allow your engine to be held in place properly.
