This is a front hydraulic motor mount with the vacuum fitting for a Honda Accord or Acura TLX with the 2.4L L4 motor. This is compatible with both automatic transmission models and manual transmission models. The 2013-2017 2.4L Accord has a CVT automatic transmission, and the 2015-2020 2.4L TLX uses an 8 speed dual clutch transmission. Both are listed as automatic transmission for fitment purposes. This is not compatible with V6 or hybrid models. Engine mounts for these Honda Acura vehicles can break over time from age, stress, and even oil leaks. The front and right hand side mounts are more likely to wear faster than the other mounts as they carry the heavier part of the engine. Replacing them will ensure other components such as ground cables, wire harnesses, air conditioning lines, etc. won't get damaged from the engine physically moving around. Typical symptoms of a bad engine mount are a "thump" sound when stepping on the gas. This may not always be the case however. Many don't notice anything as the part gradually wears out. New engine mounts will allow your engine to be secured in place properly.
