This is a right hand motor mount for a Honda Accord or Acura TLX 2.4L or 2.0L Hybrid. This is also compatible with 2.0L hybrid models listed in the fitment chart above. Don't worry so much about the transmission type. This mount will fit the 2.4L and 2.0L hybrid motors with any of the available transmissions (CVT, E-CVT, or Manual). There are diffrent types of automatic transmissions, DCT and CVT. Both types are listed as "automatic" to avoid any confusion with parts fitment. Engine mounts for these Honda Acura vehicles can break over time from age, stress, and even oil leaks. The front and right hand side mounts are more likely to wear faster than the other mounts as they carry the heavier part of the engine. Replacing them will ensure other components such as ground cables, wire harnesses, air conditioning lines, etc. won't get damaged from the engine physically moving around. Typical symptoms of a bad engine mount are a "thump" sound when stepping on the gas. This may not always be the case however. Many don't notice anything as the part gradually wears out. New engine mounts will allow your engine to be secured in place properly.
