This is a front let upper motor mount for your Honda Civic or Acura Intega. Replacing this mount will ensure other components such as gound cables, wire harnesses, Air Conditioning lines, etc. won't get damaged from the engine physically moving around. Typical sypmtoms of a bad engine mount are a "thump" sound when stepping on the gas. This may not always be the case however as Camry and Solara owners may not notice slop increasing slowly over the years. New engine mounts will allow your engine to be held in place properly.
