MR2 Turbo has no spark, and everything checks out good

Do you have a 1991-1995 Toyota MR2 turbo? (3sgte 2.0L). Did you do any recent work on it, and now it won't start? Especially work around the distributor? You've checked everything. The coil and ignitor works properly, and the distributor, and the cap and rotor are okay. The spark plugs and wires are okay. The ECU is okay as well......

What else could cause this no spark condition??

Well on these particular MR2 Turbo models, you are going to want to take a look at the connection on the bottom of the distributor. There are 2 coolant lines that rub against the wires. Over time the wires become brittle and break apart; especially after more than a decade of hot coolant lines rubbing against them. Toyota placed a shield on the coolant lines, but that apparently wasn't enough. You will need to repair the wires, and you will be back on the road! If the wires are too short to repair, then you can purchase a distributor connector that has the pigtails long enough to splice into the wire harness.
