Ignition Coil For 2008-2015 Ford Edge 3.5 & 3.7 V6

Ignition Coils For Ford Edge

The Ford Edge uses individual ignition coils. Each cylinder has it's own ignition coil. When these coils are around 5+ year old, and they start to fail, they tend to fail within a short time from from each other which is usually within several months of each other. A few owners have reported more than one original coil failing within just one day (usually during an abrupt weather change). While these coils don't have a lifespan in the Ford Edge maintenance schedule, they do have a lifetime, and it varies greatly by region. If you live in a humid climate, the life is much shorter than if you lived in a dry climate. Buying these coils at the local auto parts store can be pricey, but we have all 6 ignition coils with a dielectric grease packet for an unbeatable deal. Not to mention a lifetime warranty, good for as long as you own your Ford Edge. The warranty covers the products and all shipping back and fourth.

Why So Cheap?

Our ignition coils are purchased in bulk; very large bulk which allows us to get pricing that is hard to believe. A frequently asked question is "what quality are these coils"? Many potential buyers are weary of our prices, thinking that the low price is because of low quality, when in fact our coils are the same quality as the aftermarket coils that cost $40-$70 or more. Instead of selling them to the warehouse, then to the store, we sell direct to you, cutting out the additional middle man. Many times, we order over 100 coils just for the edge alone! This type of bulk purchasing allows us to get the parts you need at prices that are actually affordable. We also have a how-to section to help you with replacing the ignition coil so you don't have to take it to the mechanic. Replacing bad ignition coil in your Ford Edge will restore the vehicle performance, fuel economy, and can even help you pass emissions inspection. On top of all of this, our coils come with a 2.5g packet of dielectric grease that will allow you to keep moisture out, and make servicing your vehicle (replacing spark plugs) much easier.

OBDII Misfire codes for Ford Edge

Common misfire error codes with the Ford Edge are P0301 (Cyl#1), P0302 (Cyl#2), P0303 (Cyl#3), P0304 (Cyl#4), P0305 (Cyl#5), and P0306 (Cyl#6). While not every family owns an OBDII scanner to scan for a check engine light code, no need to worry! You can purchase OBDII scanners online for under $20. You read that right...$20. Many shops charge from $50-$100 just to scan the check engine light! Rest assured we are here to help you find an easier and less expensive way to repair your Edge. If you have a check engine light, and it's running rough, a cheap OBDII scanner will help you to find out why the check engine light is on, and a quick Good search can help you find the codes....of course we have the misfire codes here already, so that part is covered! If you have any questions, you can reach out to us at (916) 585-6835 for help finding the right parts for your Edge.
