At Araparts.com, we're committed to making sure your order is delivered on time. All of our orders ship same day if ordered by 3:30 PST (west coast time) Monday - Friday. For most smaller orders (ignition coils) we use USPS 2-3 day priority air. This allows most orders to arrive within 3 business days, including Saturday. For larger items, we use UPS ground, and we ship them out on time!

Warranty & Quality

All of our parts come standard with a 1 year, unlimited mileage warranty. Some products come with a longer warranty. We will repair or replace any defective part free of charge, and we'll even pay for return shipping. Most other companies will not pay return shipping. As far as quality goes, we always keep a close eye on quality, and stay in constant communication with our suppliers. Rest assured, if you do receive a defective product purchased on our website, we will pay for return shipping and send a new part quickly. Returns

When returning an item, we are happy to accept all new/unused returns within 60 days no questions asked! Just let us know you want to return the unused item, and we'll give you the simple instructions. No questions asked!
